What topics are covered in the VKU course?

The VKU is considered to be an interface between theory and practice by sharpening your traffic sense so that you better understand the interrelationships in demanding road traffic. You learn to correctly assess yourself, your car, the road, your traffic partners and possible environmental influences, so that you can recognize dangerous traffic situations at an early stage and adapt your behavior to them in good time. With the VKU you expand your theoretical knowledge and thus recognize all the advantages of an environmentally conscious, defensive and safe driving style.

Good to know!

In order to be admitted for the first time to the practical driving test of categories A or B, or their subcategories A1 or B1, you must first have attended the mandatory VKU. The VKU is an exam-free course for which attendance is compulsory without any gaps. I recommend that you attend the VKU as soon as possible or immediately after the theory test, so that you can immediately apply what you have learned in your driving lessons - then you are already well prepared for your future driving training. A valid learner's permit is a prerequisite. Once you have attended the VKU, it is valid for an unlimited period.

Any questions?

I look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to help you further.
